Q.H. Qin The Australian National University Canberra (Australia)
Qinghua Qin is a professor at the Research School of Electrical, Energy and Materials
Engineering of Australian National University. He has worked in several leading Australian and
Chinese institutions and was awarded a Queen Elizabeth II fellowship and professorial
fellowship at the University of Sydney. Both were from The Australian Research Council. His
research interests include meshless methods, hybrid finite and boundary element methods,
piezoelectric materials and structures, nanomaterials, metamaterials, and composite materials.
He has published 8 academic books and more than 300 journal papers in these fields.
