Paola Olimpia Achard did MS in Economics, from the Guido Carli Free International
University for Social Studies -Rome, in 1991. She got her professional education as the
Chattered Accountant from the University of L'Aquila, 1992. She completed her Ph.D. in
Management from the University of Cassino, Guido Carli Free International University for
Social Studies -Rome, University of L'Aquila, University "La Sapienza" -Rome, during
1994-1998. She became Associate Professor of Management and Economics, Faculty of
Economics, at the University of L'Aquila, DIIIE Unit -Department of Industrial and
Information Engineering and Economics Management. Professor of Economics and Business
Management (graduate -9 credits) and Management and Governance International Business
(post-graduate -9 credits) Faculty of Economics, University of L'Aquila, 2001 to
present. She became the resource Management and Member of Committee of Master (II° level
Specializing -Master) on HealthCare Management, Inter-Departmental Program by DIIIE Unit
- Department of Industrial and Information Engineering and Economics and Department of
Life, Health and Environmental Sciences, University of L'Aquila, 2008 to present. She
became a Member of Ph.D. Committee Faculty of Economics, University of L'Aquila, from
2007 to 2015; and a Scientific Referee of the University of L'Aquila for HealthCare
Education, from 2006 to 2009.
