摘要

在过去几年中,大量研究试图阐明导致心房纤颤(AF)表现的潜在机制。 炎症是导致房颤发展的病理生理过程的关键组成部分; 炎症途径的扩增触发AF,并且,串联地,AF增加炎症状态。 实际上,AF患者的几种炎症生物标志物的血浆水平升高。 另外,特定炎性生物标志物的水平可以提供关于AF持续时间的信息。 一些小型研究评估了抗炎治疗在心房颤动中的作用,但结果却相互矛盾。 需要进行大规模研究来评估炎症在房颤中的作用,以及是否应该常规给予AF患者抗炎药物。
