摘要

代谢综合征是一种以肥胖为特征的频繁代谢疾病,胰岛素抵抗似乎是主要的病理生理改变。 治疗代谢综合征的目标是降低冠心病和2型糖尿病的风险。 改变生活方式的疗法结合了单独饮食或结合其他策略的具体建议。 在这篇综述中,我们讨论了以下主题:1)代谢综合征和肥胖症高发的重要性,以及2)着重于饮食脂肪摄入的生活方式改变在MS管理中的作用。
