简介:三甲胺N -氧化物(TMAO)是肠道微生物群的代谢物,被认为是心血管危险因素。由于减肥手术(BS)会改变肠道微生物群的组成,氧化三甲胺的产生可能会受到损害。因此,本荟萃分析的目的是确定BS对循环TMAO水平的影响。 方法:系统检索Embase、PubMed、Web of Science、Scopus等数据库。meta分析采用综合meta分析(Comprehensive meta-analysis, CMA) V2软件。总体效应大小由随机效应荟萃分析和留一方法确定。 结果:包括142名受试者的5项研究的随机效应荟萃分析显示,BS后循环TMAO水平显著升高(SMD: 1.190, 95% CI: 0.521, 1.858, p<0.001;I2:89.30%)。 结论:考虑到BS后肠道微生物代谢的改变会影响TMAO水平,肥胖受试者BS后观察到TMAO浓度显著升高。
