2型糖尿病治疗的潜在治疗靶点

糖尿病是一种全球性的终身慢性代谢性疾病。随着时间的推移,患这种疾病的人数不断增加。它的特点是高血糖,导致身体系统严重受损,如血管和神经。糖尿病的发生是由于胰腺β细胞功能障碍导致胰岛素产生减少或机体细胞不能有效地利用胰岛素产生。根据国际糖尿病联合会(IDF)共享的数据,全球约有4.15亿人患有这种疾病。目前有许多可用于治疗糖尿病的靶点。治疗2型糖尿病的药物有很多,但仍在研发中。抑制糖异生、脂肪分解、脂肪酸氧化和葡萄糖激酶激活剂是2型糖尿病治疗的新目标。糖尿病管理可辅以药物干预治疗肥胖。降糖药的销量位居世界第二,仅次于抗癌药物。糖尿病管理的未来将以各种新靶点的研究和各种治疗先导的发展为指导,如GLP-1激动剂、DPP-IV抑制剂和SGLT2抑制剂,它们最近完成了不同的临床试验阶段。在这些与2型糖尿病相关的治疗靶点中,本文重点综述了一些常见的治疗靶点,以开发安全性和有效性更好的新一代候选药物。
