病毒性疾病对人类健康具有重大影响,21世纪出现了三种新型冠状病毒(CoV)。在这篇综述中,我们强调了草药物质具有抗病毒作用的潜力。我们的研究重点是病毒性疾病治疗的特点和前景,特别是促炎细胞因子。我们对各种数据库进行了全面检索,包括 Science Direct、CABI Direct、Web of Science、PubMed 和 Scopus。细胞因子风暴机制通过触发细胞因子和趋化因子的表达,在诱导促炎反应中发挥着至关重要的作用。这种反应导致白细胞的募集并促进抗病毒作用,形成抵御病毒的第一道防线。许多研究调查了草药候选物作为免疫调节剂或抗病毒药物的用途。然而,对于 SARS-CoV 引起的急性呼吸窘迫综合征患者,建议采用细胞因子风暴靶向治疗,以度过严重的肺衰竭。我们的评论表明,草药制剂可以作为替代药物并显着减少复杂的病毒感染。此外,它们在实验动物模型中作为特异性抗病毒药物具有广阔的潜力。
