伙伴关系护理模式对慢性病患者生活质量的影响：系统回顾和荟萃分析

摘要

目的：评价伙伴关系护理模式（PCM）对慢性病成人健康相关生活质量（HRQoL）的有效性。 方法数据来源/研究背景：现有文献根据基于SF36问卷的HRQoL结果处理HRQoL对慢性患者的影响。 研究设计：系统回顾和荟萃分析。 数据收集：Medline、PubMed、Scopus、Web of Science、Embase、Cochran数据库和波斯语数据库，包括SID、Magiran、Iranmedex和Irandoc，根据MeSH术语搜索至2022年5月15日。使用随机效应模型和I2指数的异质性进行数据分析，所有分析均采用STATA版本16（STATA Corp，College Station，Texas，USA）进行。 主要发现：荟萃分析包括三项研究。计算共同效应大小，在所有HRQoL维度、身体和心理分量表以及HRQoL总分中都存在显著的干预效应。结果表明，除了活力（I2=45.9%，P=0.157）和身体机能（I2=30.9%，P=0.235）维度外，研究之间存在显著的中度到高度异质性。 结论：根据研究结果和PCM在慢性病患者生活质量的八个维度上的效率，可以说这种符合伊朗文化和背景的国家模式是有效、简单、高效和可靠的。它可用于促进和改善慢性病患者的HRQoL的各个维度。
