Abstract

Social media is a useful innovation of the 21st Century, which has provided mankind with a wide range of facilities and comforts. It is a benchmark of communication, technology, and business which comes with several risks. Different countries and organizations have adopted various strategies such as the enactment of bills to reduce the unethical acts being done on social websites such as Facebook, Twitter, MySpace, etc. Through guidance and strict regulations, such online unethical misconduct can be restricted ensuring a safe working environment for the users.
