Dr. Xinghua Xia received the BS (1986) and MS degree (1989) in chemistry from Xiamen University, China. He received the Ph.D. degree in electrocatalysis in 1996 from the University of Bonn, Germany. Dr. Pradeep K. Jha is a Scientist at Indian Institute of Technology Delhi, prior to that he has been working as a Senior Research Scientist at the School of Medical Science and Technology; and Science and Technology Entrepreneurship Park at IIT Kharagpur, India for a decade. He is a founder director of Institute of Biomedical Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Kharagpur, and serving as a consultant and co-Investigator of several biotech startups for small business incubation.
