Biography of Yong Liu
Prof Yong Liu is a Principal Investigator of the Chinese State Key Laboratory of
Ophthalmology, Optometry and Visual Science, Wenzhou Medical University, with
an appointment of Director for Laboratory of Nanoscale Biosensing and Bioimaging
(NBAB). His expertise lies across several fields, including the synthesis and
functionalization of conductive and fluorescent nanomaterials for multifunctional
applications such as drug delivery, tissue engineering, biosensors, bioimaging, and
energy conversion. He has published 58 peer-reviewed papers with total citations
over 6100 times (Web of Science). One paper has been included as the “Top 10
Most Cited Paper in China during 2007-2016 (Citations>2900)”. His h index is 27. He

Biography of Atta-ur-Rahman
Prof. Atta-ur-Rahman, Ph.D. in organic chemistry from Kings College, University of Cambridge (1968), has 1235 international publications in several fields of organic chemistry including, 349 books published largely by major U.S. and European presses. He was elected as Fellow of Royal Society (London) (2006) and won the prestigious UNESCO Science Prize (1999).
Prof. Atta-ur-Rahman was conferred honorary D.Sc. degrees by many leading world universities including the University of Cambridge and appointed an Honorary Life Fellow of Kings College, University of Cambridge. The Austrian government honoured him with its high civil award (“Grosse Goldene Ehrenzeischen am Bande") (2007). He is Professor Emeritus at the University of Karachi, Pakistan. Prof. Atta-ur-Rahman was appointed Academician (Foreign Member) of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (2015). He won the “Friendship Award of China” (2014) and was conferred the highest scientific award of China, the International Science & Technology Cooperation Award, by President Xi Jinping (2020). Dr. Bingyang Shi currently serves as a Professor and as the Executive Director at the Macquarie-Henan
University Joint centre for Biomedical Innovation. He completed his Post-Doctoral in 2014 from ARC

Xiaoqiang Li, is a professor, Ph.D., and doctoral supervisor. He is currently a deputy director of the key laboratory of highly efficient near-net-shape forming technology and equipments for metallic materials of the Ministry of Education of China, member of the Powder Metallurgy Branch of the Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society, and member of the Subcommittee on Brazing and Special Bonding in China. He was selected as the New Century Excellent Talent of the Ministry of Education, and the one in“Thousand, Hundred and Ten scholars” of Guangdong Province. Mainly engaged in the design, preparation, forming and application of high performance metallic materials. Since 2007, he joined Shandong University as a professor at School of Materials Science and Engineering in 2007.
