Husbands for two and a half years. As a postdoctoral fellow, Dr Vinod worked extensively
in the field of medicinal chemistry, especially in the design and synthesis and
neuroactive compounds. In June 2012, Dr Vinod joined as one of the founding faculty of
Department of Chemical and Pharmaceutical Sciences, Central University of Punjab,
Bathinda. Thereafter, he joined Department of Chemistry, as Associate Professor and Head
of the Department in the same University. Dr Vinod has received research fundings from
different agencies including DST, CSIR, BRNS, UGC etc. Dr Vinod has also received
visiting fellowship from DST and Oead (Austria) for two years (2017 to 2019) under
Indo-Austria joint projects. He is working in collaboration with Prof. Ira-Ida
