The Nanomedicine section of the journal Current Chinese Science publishes original research articles, letters, reviews/mini- reviews, case reports and guest edited thematic issues on various topics related to nanomedicine.
This section is not limited to a specific aspect of the field but is instead devoted to a wide range of sub fields in the area. Articles of a multidisciplinary nature are particularly welcome. Submissions in the following nanomedicine areas are of special interest to the readers of this journal:

Dr. Wen Shi received his B.S. degree in Pharmacy from Huazhong University of Science and
Technology in 2009 and obtained his Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences from University of
Nebraska Medical Center (UNMC) in 2015. His doctoral research was focused on developing
novel, biodegradable peptide and polymer conjugates for cancer imaging and drug
delivery. He worked for two years as a formulation and bioanalytical scientist in a
company and joined Duan Lab at UNMC in 2018 as a post-doctoral researcher. Currently he
is an instructor in UNMC in the department of internal medicine and his research
interests include the development of hydrogel-based materials for 3D culture, tissue
engineering, drug screening and drug delivery.
