Prof. Kahraman is a full professor at Istanbul Technical University. His research areas are engineering economics, quality control and management. He is also involved in different decision making strategies, such as multicriteria, fuzzy and statistical. He published a number of journal and conference papers. He became the guest editor of a number of international journals, and editor of different international books, published by Springer and Atlantis Press. He is on the editorial board of international journals and has organized various conferences, such as FLINS, RACR, and FSSCMIE, etc. He was the vice dean of ITU Management Faculty during 2004-2007, and head of the ITU Industrial Engineering Department from 2010-2013.

Hüseyin Kamacı received M.Sc. degree and Ph.D. degree in Mathematics from Yozgat Bozok University, Yozgat, Turkey in 2014 and 2018, respectively. He is currently an Associate Professor at the Department of Mathematics, Yozgat Bozok University, Yozgat, Turkey. His research interests include fuzzy logic systems, fuzzy sets, fuzzy matrices, fuzzy algebraic structures, fuzzy set extensions, neutrosophic sets, rough sets, soft sets, soft computing techniques, information fusion, game theory, multi-criteria decision making. He has published many articles in scientific journals and chapters in books on his research interests.

Jun Ye is a professor in the School of Civil and Environmental Engineering, Ningbo University, P.R. China. He has more than 30 years of experience in teaching and research. His research interests include soft computing, Neutrosophic theory and applications, fuzzy decision making theory and methods, intelligent control, robotics, pattern recognition, medical diagnosis, fault diagnosis, and rock mechanics. He has published more than 270 papers in journals, written a few books related to his research work, and finished a few projects sponsored by the government of P.R. China. He was selected as “Elsevier Chinese Most Cited Researchers” in 2019 and 2020.

Dr. Aaron Don M. Africa is a researcher in the field of Communications Network Engineering. He is currently a Full Professor at De La Salle University-Manila. He is currently the Animo Labs representative and Curriculum Head of the Electronics and Communications (ECE) Department. He is one of the most promising researchers in this field. His areas of expertise are Communications Network Engineering, Expert Systems, Control Systems, Network Design, and Optimization. Specifically, he deals with the Optimization of Communication Systems to make them more efficient in functionality. This is for these systems to adapt effectively in the industry. He creates simulation models to replicate different scenarios in Network design. The results of these researches are published in different Scopus Journals. Dr. Africa has diversified his researches and has recently developed these in the field of Biomedical Engineering Optimization techniques. He has published researches in Scopus Journals about Cardiovascular disease diagnostics and optimization.

Muhammad Akram has received MSc degrees in Mathematics and Computer Science, MPhil in (Computational) Mathematics and PhD in (Fuzzy) Mathematics. He is currently a Professor in the Department of Mathematics at the University of the Punjab, Lahore. He has also served the Punjab University College of Information Technology as Assistant Professor and Associate Professor. Dr. Akram’s research interests include fuzzy numerical methods, fuzzy graphs, fuzzy algebras, and fuzzy decision support systems. He has published 09 monographs and 385 research articles in international scientific journals. Some of his papers have been published in high impact journals. He has been an Editorial Member of several international academic journals. Fourteen students have successfully completed their Ph.D. research work under his supervision. Currently, he is supervising 5 PhD students

Krassimir Atanassov is a Bulgarian mathematician, a Corresponding member of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences. He is best known for introducing the concepts of Generalized nets and Intuitionistic fuzzy sets, which are extensions of the concepts of Petri nets and Fuzzy sets, respectively. Atanassov defended his PhD in 1986. He became Doctor of Technical Sciences in 1997 and of Mathematical Sciences in 2000 for his research in generalized nets and intuitionistic fuzzy sets. In 1998, he became full professor and in 2012 was elected Corresponding member of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences in Technical Sciences. For his contributions to fuzzy and intuitionistic fuzzy sets, in 2013, Atanassov was awarded Fellowship of the International Fuzzy Systems Association (IFSA) and the statute of a Senior Member of IEEE in 2018.

Zeki Ayag, Ph.D., P.Eng. is currently a Full Professor of Industrial Engineering at the Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences at Kadir Has University. He holds an undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering, Department of Faculty of Business Administration, a Master’s in Engineering Management Program of IE, and a Ph.D. degree in IE Program at ITU. In addition to his academic experience, he has almost 10-year of national and international industrial experience (including 4-year Canadian). He has published many articles in leading periodical journals. He is also an active referee for the leading journals. He has given many seminars on his interest fields with numerous publications in conference proceedings. He is a licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) from the Society of Professional Engineers in Ontario (PEO), Canada. He is also a former EBD of International Journal of Production Research, and in different capacities for other journals.

Dr. Altan Cakir received his M.Sc. degree in physics from Izmir Institute of Technology and then went straight to graduate school at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, Germany. During his Ph.D., he was responsible for scientific research based on new physics searches in the CMS detector at the Large Hadron Collider (LHC) at European Nuclear Research Laboratory (CERN). Dr. Cakir is currently a full professor at Istanbul Technical University (ITU), Turkey. He is involved in a large number of high-profile research projects at CERN, DESY and Fermilab from the last fourteen years. Dr. Cakir is also consulting various companies worldwide, and sharing his expertise in big data application areas, strategies, skills and competencies based on the real-world scenarios.

Oscar Castillo received a degree in Doctor of Computer Science from the Polish Academy of Sciences, Systems Institute, Warsaw, Poland on April 20th (with the Dissertation named “Soft Computing and Fractal Theory for Intelligent Manufacturing”). He is a Professor of Computer Science in the Graduate Division, Tijuana Institute of Technology, Tijuana, Mexico. He has published over 300 journal papers, 10 authored books, 40 edited books, 200 papers in conference proceedings, and more than 300 chapters in edited books.

Dr. Selcuk Cebi is currently a Professor of Industrial Engineering at Yildiz Technical University. He received the degree of Ph.D. from Industrial Engineering Program of Istanbul Technical University in 2010 and the degree of MSc from Mechanical Engineering Department of Karadeniz Technical University in 2004. His current research interests are Customer‐oriented product development, Decision support systems, Multiple Criteria Decision Making, and Risk Management. He achieved the publications of international journal papers more than 45 articles having over 2000 total citations with the related research topics.

Dr. Watcharaporn Cholamjiak is currently working as an associate professor of Mathematics at School of Science, University of Phayao, Thailand. She completed her Master and PhD from Chiang Mai University, Thailand. She has focused on applying optimization algorithms to solve image restoration and has published many papers on this topic. She is a member of the Unit of Excellence in image recovery and analysis, University of Phayao. She is also focusing on applying optimization algorithms to use in machine learning. Currently, she is head of the Unit of Excellence in Data Analytics, University of Phayao.

Bijan Davvaz is a professor in the Department of Mathematics at Yazd University, Yazd, Iran. He works on algebra, algebraic hyperstructures, rough sets, and fuzzy logic. He is a member of editorial boards for 25 mathematical journals. He is the author of around 600 research papers, especially on algebra, algebraic hyperstructures and their applications, and fuzzy Logic. He has also published seven books on algebra.

Gaurav Dhiman received his Ph.D. in Computer Engineering from Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology, Patiala. He has completed his Master Degree of Computer Applications from Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology, Patiala. He is currently working as an Assistant Professor with the Department of Computer Science, Government Bikram College of Commerce, Patiala. He was selected as an outstanding reviewer from Knowledge- Based Systems (Elsevier). He has published more than 25 peer-review research papers (indexed in SCI-SCIE). He is also in editorial board member of Artificial Intelligence Evolution journal. His research interest includes Single-, Multi-, Many-objectives optimization (Bio-inspired, Evolutionary and Quantum), Soft computing (Type-1 and Type-2 fuzzy sets), Power systems, and Change detection using remotely sensed high-resolution satellite data. Dr. Erol Egrioglu is professor at Giresun University, Turkey. He received the B.Sc. degree in statistics from the University of Ondokuz Mayis, Turkey, in 1998. He received the M.Sc. degree (M.Sc. thesis title: Bayesian analysis of ARMA model and an application) in statistics at the faculty of Science and Arts of the University of Ondokuz Mayis, Turkey, in 2002 and the Ph.D. degree (Phd. thesis title: Two New Bayesian methods for Autoregressive Fractionally Integrated Moving Average Model) in statistics at the faculty of Science from the University of Hacettepe, Turkey, in 2006. He was in Lancaster University as a visiting researcher, Marketing and Forecasting Research Center for 7 months in 2020. His research interests include time series analysis, Bayesian approaches, fuzzy inference systems, artificial neural networks, artificial intelligence optimization algorithms, deep learnings and data mining.

Dr. Madan M. Gupta is a professor in the College of Engineering and the director of the Intelligent Systems Research Laboratory at the University of Saskatchewan. He has authored or co-authored over 825 published research papers. He has edited or co-edited 19 other books as well as many conference proceedings and journals in the fields of his research interests such as adaptive control systems, fuzzy computing, neuro-computing, neuro-vision systems, and neuro- control systems (book list).

Yeliz Karaca is an assistant professor of applied mathematics, and a researcher at the University of Massachusetts Medical School, USA. She received her Ph.D. degree in Mathematics from Marmara University, Istanbul, Türkiye in 2012. Among other awards, she was granted the "Cooperation in Neurological Sciences and Support Award" by Turkish Neurology Association as the first mathematician in Türkiye. Her research interests focus on computational methods, complex systems, computational complexity, nonlinear dynamics, fractals, fractional calculus, multifractional methods with their applications, fuzzy systems, wavelets and entropy, advanced AI applications, solutions of advanced mathematical challenges, mathematical neuroscience and biology as well as advanced data analysis in medicine and other related domains.

Abbas Khosravi is an associate professor with the Institute for Intelligent Systems Research and Innovation, Deakin University, Australia. He completed his PhD in machine learning at the Deakin University in 2010. His broad research interests include artificial intelligence, fuzzy logic, deep learning, and uncertainty quantification. He is currently researching and applying probabilistic deep learning ideas and uncertainty-aware solutions in healthcare.

Dr. Hyunsoo Lee has been an associate professor at the School of Industrial Engineering, Kumoh National Institute of Technology, S. Korea, since 2011. He is also the director at Virtual Intelligence and Data Engineering / Optimization (V.I.D.E.O.) lab. Dr. Lee received his Ph.D. in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Texas University in 2010. He worked at LG Electronics as a Senior SCM manager from 2010 to 2011 and at SAMSUNG as Assistant Consultant from 2002 to 2006. His research interests include nonlinear control, stochastic optimization, deep learning and dynamic network control.

Fanbiao Li received the PhD degree in Control Theory and Control Engineering from Harbin Institute of Technology, Harbin, China in 2015. In 2016, he joined the Central South University, China, as an Associate Professor. Dr. Li currently serves as an Associate Editor for a number of journals, including IEEE Access and Cognitive Computation. His research interests include stochastic systems, fuzzy control systems, sliding mode control, and fault diagnosis and identification.

Xiaojian Li is a professor at the College of Information Science and Engineering, Northeastern University, China. His research areas include fuzzy systems and control, fault diagnosis and fault tolerant control, Path planning and control of unmanned systems and cyber-physical systems. He has authored or coauthored more than 60 journals and peer-reviewed conference papers and one book chapter. He was selected as a young top talent candidate in “Xing Liao Talents Program” of Liaoning Province, in 2019. He was a recipient of the IEEE ICCSS Best Paper Award, in 2018 and the first prize of Liaoning Provincial Natural Science Academic Achievement Award, in 2016. Prof. Li currently serves as an Associate Editor for International Journal of Fuzzy Systems and is also the member of IEEE and the Youth Working Committee of Chinese Association of Automation.

Prof. Huchang Liao is a Research Fellow at Business School, Sichuan University, China. He has published 3 monographs, and more than 170 peer-reviewed papers, mainly in high-quality international journals including European Journal of Operational Research, Omega, IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems, IEEE Transaction on Cybernetics, Information Sciences, Information Fusion, Knowledge-Based Systems, Expert Systems with Applications, International Journal of Production Economics and many more. He is a Highly Cited Researcher since 2019. He is the Senior Member of IEEE since 2017 and serves as the Editor-In-Chief, Associate Editor, Guest Editor or Editorial Board Member for 30 international journals including Information Fusion (SCI, impact factor: 10.716), Technological and Economic Development of Economy (SSCI, impact factor: 4.344), Computers & Industrial Engineering (SCI, impact factor: 3.518), International Journal of Fuzzy Systems (SCI, impact factor: 3.058), Journal of Intelligent & Fuzzy Systems (SCI, impact factor: 1.637) and Mathematical Problems in Engineering (SCI, impact factor: 1.179).

He received the M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in Computer Sciences, both from the University of Granada, Spain, in 1993 and 1999, respectively. Currently, he is Full Professor of Computer Science Department at the University of Jaén. His current research interests are fuzzy decision making, linguistic preference modelling, fuzzy systems, decision support systems, personalized markertin, computing with words and recommender systems. He co-edited eleven journal special issues on fuzzy preference modelling, soft computing, linguistic decision making and fuzzy sets theory. He also has published more than 130 papers in journals indexed by the SCI as well as 33 book chapters and more than 150 contributions in International Conferences related to his areas.

Ali Danandeh Mehr holds Ph.D. degree in Civil Engineering from Istanbul Technical University (ITU). Currently, he is an associate professor at Civil Engineering Department of Antalya Bilim University (ABU), Turkey. He has published 40+ refereed papers and collaborated as reviewer for different international scholarly journals. His current research focuses on the stochastic hydrology, hydroinformatics, and developing fuzzy-based algorithms to address different problems in water resources systems.

Dr. Melin holds the Doctor in Science degree (Doctor Habilitatus D.Sc.) in Computer Science from the Polish Academy of Sciences. She is a Professor of Computer Science in the Graduate Division, Tijuana Institute of Technology, Mexico, since 1998. She is serving as Director of Graduate Studies in Computer Science and is head of the research group on Hybrid Neural Intelligent Systems. She has also been advisor of more than 85 graduate students in computer science at the Ph.D. and masters levels. Prof. Melin has published 800 publications in indexed journals, book chapters, and conference proceedings, as well as nearly 50 books. In addition, she has been awarded the Highly Cited Researcher recognition in the area of Computer Science in 2017 and 2018 by Clarivate Analytics.

Javier Montero is a Full Professor at the Department of Statistics and Operational Research, Faculty of Mathematics, Complutense University of Madrid (Spain). His research interests are in Aggregation Operators, Preference Representation, Multi-criteria Decision Aid, Group Decision Making, System Reliability Theory, Classification Problems and mainly in the application of Fuzzy Sets Theory. He has been a scientific visitor in more than ten Universities, has served the scientific community as an area editor of several international journals, and has been a member of around one hundred conference program committees. He has been President of the European Association for Fuzzy Logic and Technology (EUSFLAT) and Vice-President of the International Fuzzy Systems Association (IFSA).

Prof. Vilem Novak, PhD, DSc. is the director of the Institute for Research and Applications of Fuzzy Modeling of the University of Ostrava, Czech Republic. The institute (established in 1996) is one of the world renowned scientific workplaces that significantly contributed to the theory and applications of fuzzy modeling. V. Novak obtained PhD in mathematical logic at Charles University, Prague in 1988; DSc. (Doctor of Sciences) in computer science in Polish Academy of Sciences, Warsaw in 1995; full professor at Masaryk University, Brno in 2001. His research activities include mathematical fuzzy logic, approximate reasoning, mathematical modeling of linguistic semantics, fuzzy control, analysis and forecasting of time series and various kinds of applications of fuzzy modeling. He is among the pioneers of the fuzzy set theory. He was general chair of the VIIth IFSA’97 World Congress, Prague and of the international conferences EUSFLAT 2007, Ostrava and EUSFLAT 2019, Prague. He is member of editorial boards of several scientific journals. He is often invited to give plenary talks at international conferences and to give lectures in the universities all over the world. He is the author or co-author of 5 scientific monographs, 2 edited monographs and over 280 scientific papers with about 6500 citations. He was awarded in the International FLINS 2010 Conference in China and obtained the title “IFSA fellow” in 2017 for his scientific achievements.

Sezi Cevik Onar is an Associate Professor in the Industrial Engineering Department of Istanbul Technical University (ITU) Management Faculty. She earned her BSc in Industrial Engineering and MSc in Engineering Management, both from ITU. She completed her Ph.D. studies at ITU and visited Copenhagen Business School and Eindhoven Technical University during these studies. Her Ph.D. was on strategic options. Her research interests include intelligent systems, innovation management, strategic management, business planning and multiple criteria decision making. She took part as a researcher in many privately and publicly funded projects such as intelligent system design, organization design, and human resource management system design.

Eren Özceylan is an Associate Professor in the Department of Industrial Engineering at Gaziantep University. Dr. Özceylan holds an M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from Selçuk University Industrial Engineering and Computer Engineering Departments, respectively and he worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Northeastern University in U.S. Dr. Özceylan holds “Science Academy Young Scientific Researchers Award” (BAGEP 2016) and “Young Scientist Award” given by Gaziantep University (2017). Dr. Özceylan’s current research interests include sustainable supply chain network design, GIS-based location and allocation, and disassembly line balancing. Dr. Özceylan has published over fifty peer-reviewed publications in prestigious academic journals. Dr. Özceylan is also one of the members of the Turkish Operational Research Society and INFORMS.

Başar Öztayşi is an Associate Professor at Industrial Engineering Department of Istanbul Technical University, where he teaches courses on decision making, data management, information systems and customer relationship management. His research interests include fuzzy decision making, data mining and intelligent systems. Başra Öztayşi has more than 120 publications and has edited a book on Supply Chain Management under Fuzziness.

Dr. Papadopoulos was born in Thessaloniki, Greece in 1955. He obtained his BSc degree in Mathematics (June 1977). He obtained after exams, a distinction scholarship from the Institute of Greek State Grants (IKY) for Postgraduate Studies in Greece) (November 1981). He successfully defended his Ph.D. Thesis (March 1985) and was appointed as Doctor of Philosophy (April 1985). He is currently serving as a Professor at the Democritus University of Thrace and is the Director of the Interdepartmental Program of Postgraduate Studies in «Applied Mathematics». Professor Irina Perfilieva, Ph.D., Dr. h.c., Prof. h.c., received M.S. (1975) and Ph.D (1980) from the Lomonosov State University in Moscow, Russia. She is a full professor of Applied Mathematics at the University of Ostrava and Head of Theoretical Research Department of Institute for Research and Applications of Fuzzy Modeling. She is the author and co-author of six books on mathematical principles of fuzzy sets and fuzzy logic and their applications. She is an area editor of prominent scientific journals and many special issues. She has published over 270 papers in the area of fuzzy logic, fuzzy approximation, image processing and fuzzy relation equations. She received the 1st memorial Da Ruan award, she is the EUSFLAT Honorary Member, and the IFSA Fellow.

Tuan D. Pham currently holds positions as Professor in AI and Founding Director of the Center for Artificial Intelligence at Prince Mohammad Bin Fahd University, Saudi Arabia. His previous position was Professor of Biomedical Engineering at Linkoping University. Dr. Pham’s current research focuses on AI and machine learning methods for image processing, time-series analysis, complex networks, and pattern recognition applied to medicine, biology, and mental health.

Tabasam Rashid received the Ph.D. degree in Mathematics from National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences, Pakistan, in 2015. He is teaching Mathematical courses from January 2010. Now he is working as Associate Professor at University of Management and Technology, Lahore, Pakistan. He is currently the Reviewer of American Mathematical Society and peer reviewer of several international journals. He has been selected as ‘‘Best Researcher (2015 and 2017)’’ and “Won the research award on highest number of HEC recognized publications for year 2018” at University of Management and Technology, Lahore, Pakistan. He has supervised many PhD and MS students. His current research interests include fuzzy sets, fuzzy decision making, clustering algorithms, computing with words, similarity measures, aggregation operators, preference relations, fuzzy image encryption schemes and fuzzy graph theory, etc.

Dr. Jingzheng Ren is currently an Assistant Professor at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, an Adjunct Associate Professor of University of Southern Denmark and an Associated Senior Research Fellow at Institute for Security & Development Policy (Stockholm, Sweden). He received his Ph.D degree in Industrial Engineering in 2015 from University of Padua, He worked as a full time Associate Professor at University of Southern Denmark before moving to The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

Sharifu Ura is a professor of engineering design and manufacturing at Kitami Institute of Technology and handles an Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Laboratory. He graduated from Bangladesh University of Engineering & Technology in 1992 with a BSME degree and Kansai University with both MSME and Ph.D. degrees in 1996 and 1999 respectively. He worked as a full-time faculty member at the Asian Institute of Technology and United Arab Emirates University as an Assistant Professor. He has mentored more than 100 undergraduate/graduate students coming from numerous countries. He researches knowledge-based systems for product realization engineering putting emphasis on creativity, design, manufacturing, operations, sustainability, and systems, and has published more than 140 technical articles in reputed peer-reviewed journals, edited books, and international conference proceedings. Prof. Sharifu Ura serves on the editorial boards of several peer-reviewed international journals. His current research focuses on Industry 4.0, 3D Printing, Engineering Design, Engineering Education, and Precision Manufacturing.

Dr. Wang Jun-Wei received the B.S. degree in Mathematics and Applied Mathematics and the M.S. degree in System Theory both from Harbin Engineering University, Harbin, China, in 2007 and 2009, and the Ph.D. degree in Control Theory and Control Engineering from Beihang University, Beijing, China, in 2013, respectively. His research interests include distributed parameter systems and intelligent system modeling and control. He serves as a reviewer for Mathematical Reviews.

Xianyi Zeng is a full professor in ENSAIT Textile Engineer School, France, Director of the GEMTEX National Laboratory, and also a guest professor of Donghua University, Soochow University, Nankai University and Wuhan Textile University. His main research interests include artificial intelligence, digital fashion, sensory analysis, intelligent wearable systems, computerized garment design and customized production management. He has published more than 110 papers in peer-reviewed international journals and presented more than 170 papers at international conferences, and supervised more than 30 PhD students.

Jianzhong Zhang has been with Southeast University since 2008, where he is currently a Professor in the school of Electrical Engineering. His research interests include power electronics, electrical machines, and renewable power generation. Dr. Zhang was a recipient of the Institution Premium Award of the Institutions of Engineering and Technology, U.K.

Dr. Xianku Zhang received his PH.D in 1998 from Dalian Maritime University(DMU), China. Currently, he is a professor at DMU. His recent research area is ship motion control and modeling in engineering. He has published 20 books, such as Concise Robust Control for Ships (Science Press), Control System Modeling and Digital Simulation (Second Edition), Ship Motion Control (National Defense Industry Press), etc. He has published more than 320 papers, of which more than 130 papers were indexed by SCI and EI.

Dr. Muhammad Waseem Ashraf received his Doctorate of Engineering in Microelectronics at the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT), Bangkok, Thailand in 2011. Previously, he received Masters of Philosophy in Microelectronics Engineering and Semiconductor Physics from the University of the Punjab, Lahore, Pakistan and Masters of Science in Physics from GC University Lahore, Pakistan. Currently, he is working as an Assistant Professor Electronics, Department of Physics at GC University, Lahore, Pakistan. He also served at the Asian Institute of Technology, Bangkok, Thailand as a Research Associate and Research Specialist. During his service at GC University, Dr. Waseem has established Nano-Electronics Research Lab to facilitate researchers and students. He is author/co-author of more than 130 peer reviewed international Conferences papers, Book chapters and Impact factor Journal articles. His research interests are Simulation, Modeling, IoT, Fuzzy Systems, Artificial Intelligence, MEMS, NEMS, Nanotechnology, Material Processing and Energy Devices.

A. Cagri Tolga is an Associate Professor in the Industrial Engineering at the Department of Industrial Engineering, University of Galatasaray, Istanbul, Turkey. His main research directions involve multi-criteria decision making, real options, financial options, game theory, engineering economics, investment analysis, fuzzy logic, innovation management, R&D projects, ERP projects, and urban smart farming. He has published many papers in related areas. He is also an author of 5 book chapters covering various aspects of fuzzy logic, investment analysis, fuzzy probabilities, healthcare, and sustainable energy production.

Dr. Zhen-Song Chen is currently an Assoc. Prof. at the School of Civil Engineering, Wuhan University. He serves as an Area Editor of IJCIS, an Associate Editor of JIFS and Kybernetes, an Academic Editor of Complexity, and an Editorial Board Member for the Journal of Fuzzy Logic and Modeling in Engineering. His current research interests include computational semantic analysis, aggregation theory, computing with words, and group decision analysis.

De. Sujit Kumar De received his M.Sc. degree from Vidyasagar University, India in the year 1995 and joined as a lecturer in Mathematics at Panskura Banamali College, India in the year 2000. He started his research work in 1998 at Vidyasagar University and received a Ph.D. degree in 2007. He also received M.Ed. degree from the University of Calcutta in the year 2008. His research interests include inventory control/optimization, trade credit, traffic noise modeling, environmental pollution, supply chain management under fuzzy, intuitionistic fuzzy, hesitant fuzzy, cloudy and dense fuzzy, deterministic and stochastic environment. Currently, he is holding the Associate Professor Post and Head of the Department of Mathematics at Midnapore College. He is the reviewer of more than 50 international journals. Also, he has published more than 70 articles in well-reputed journals.

Hasan Dincer is Professor at Istanbul Medipol University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Istanbul-Turkey. He is the executive editor of the International Journal of Finance and Banking Studies (IJFBS) and the founder member of the Society for the Study of Business and Finance (SSBF). He has more than 200 scientific articles and some of them are indexed in SSCI, SCI-Expended and Scopus. In addition to them, he is also the editor of many different books published by Springer and IGI Global.

Orhan Engin, received his BSc, MSc and Ph.D. degrees in industrial engineering from Istanbul Technical University. He is a Professor in the Industrial Engineering Department of Konya Technical University, Engineering and Natural Science Faculty. He works on job scheduling, quality control, intelligent systems and multiple criteria decision making.

Mohammad Jafari (M’12–SM’19) received the B.E. degree in electrical engineering from Shiraz University, Shiraz, Iran, in 1998, the M.E. degree in electrical engineering from Guilan University, Rasht, Iran, in 2001, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Technology Sydney (UTS), Sydney, Australia, in 2017. He has been contributed to the design and development of power electronics projects as a Research Engineer and Academician, since 2002. He has authored or coauthored more than 60 journals and peer-reviewed conference papers and two book chapters. His current research interests include power electronic converters, switching mode power supplies, renewable energy systems, and smart micro-grids.

Dr. Kacprzyk is a professor of Computer Science at the Systems Research Institute, Polish Academy of Sciences, WIT Warsaw School of Information Technology, and Chongqing Three Gorges University. He is also professor of Automatic Control at PIAP – Industrial Institute of Automation and Measurements. He is Full Member of the Polish Academy of Sciences, Member of Academia Eureopaea, Member of European Academy of Sciences and Arts, Foreign Member of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences, Spanish Royal Academy of Economic and Financial Sciences (RACEF), Finnish Society of Sciences and Letters, and Flemish Royal Academy of Belgium of Sciences and the Arts Fellow of IEEE, IET, IFSA, EurAI (ECCAI) and SMIA.

Dr. Ronei Marcos de Moraes received BSc in Statistics from Universidade Estadual de Campinas (UNICAMP, Brazil, 1988). He received his MSc. in Electric Engineering from Universidade Federal da Paraíba (UFPB, Brazil, 1992) and Ph.D. in Applied Computing from the Instituto Nacional de PesquisasEspaciais (INPE, Brazil, 1998). He is a full professor at the Federal University of Paraíba. He has experience in Probability and Statistics, focusing on Multidisciplinary aspects, acting on the following subjects: statistical methods, spatial analysis in public health, fuzzy sets, fuzzy statistics, pattern recognition, computational intelligence, serious games, virtual reality, and skills assessment of training based on virtual reality.

Dr. Pitchipoo Pandian received his degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Masters in Industrial Engineering from Madurai Kamaraj University, Madurai, Tamilnadu, India. He obtained his PhD degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kalasalingam University, Krishnankoil, Tamil Nadu, India, in 2012. His research interests include welding, composite materials, multi objective optimization, supply chain management, operations management and ergonomics. He is currently working as a Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at P.S.R Engineering College, Sivakasi, Tamil Nadu, India.He has published 37 articles in peer reviewed journals and presented papers in more than 100 national and international conferences.

Dr. Junsheng Qiao received the B.S. degree in Mathematics and Applied Mathematics from Northwest Normal University, Lanzhou, China, in 2012, the M.S. degree in Fundamental Mathematics in Sichuan University, Chengdu, China, in 2015 and the Ph.D. degree in Computational Mathematics from Wuhan University, Wuhan, China, in 2018. He is currently working in the College of Mathematics and Statistics of Northwest Normal University. His current research interests include Fuzzy Logics, Aggregation Functions, Rough Sets and Three-way Decisions.

Abbas Roozbahani is an Associate Professor of water resources engineering at the College of Aburaihan, University of Tehran, Iran. He received his PhD in Civil Engineering in 2012 from School of Civil Engineering at University of Tehran and he worked as a researcher at National University of Singapore during PhD period. His research interests include risk assessment of infrastructures, fuzzy systems, water resources management, hydroinformatics, artificial intelligence, Hydrological modelling and multi criteria decision making. In the past couple of years, he has been involved in several funded multi disciplinary research projects. Dr. Roozbahani has supervised more than 30 Master and PhD students in broad fields of water management. He has also more than 13 years of experience as a project manager and senior expert in consultant engineers companies. His publication record includes more than 100 papers and presentations in peer reviewed international journals as well as international conferences.

Dr. Irem Ucal Sari has received her BSc in Environmental Engineering in 2004, MSc in Engineering Management in 2008 and PhD in Industrial Engineering in 2012 from Istanbul Technical University. Since 2017, she is working as associate professor in Industrial Engineering Department of the same university. Her researches are focused on engineering economics, decision support systems and fuzzy logic.

Prof. Arun Sharma is working as Professor and Head of the department of Information Technology, Indira Gandhi Delhi Technical University for Women(IGDTUW), Delhi, India. He is also the Dean of Examination Affairs, Director of Accreditation NIRF and IQAC, and Managing Director of IGDTUW Anveshan Foundation. He is the convener of BoS and member of Academic Council and Finance Committee, IGDTUW. His areas of interests include Machine Learning, Software Engineering, Soft Computing and Database Systems. He has published more than 100 papers including 18 in SCI Indexed Journals and 60 in SCOPUS Impact Factor Journals such as ACM, Springer, Elsevier and Wiley. Dr. Sharma is a Senior Member of IEEE and Life Member of Computer Society of India.

Dr. Shahzadi Tayyaba is currently working as the Head of Computer Engineering Department at The University of Lahore, Pakistan. She obtained her Doctorate of Engineering in Microelectronics and Embedded Systems from Asian Institute of Technology (AIT), Bangkok, Thailand. Previously, she received her Bachelors and Masters in Computer Science and Engineering from UET Lahore, Pakistan. She is the author of more than 150 peer reviewed research articles. Her research interests include Intelligent and Smart Systems, Fuzzy Control, Soft Computing, IOT, Modeling, Simulation, Materials Processing, MEMS, NEMS and Nanotechnology.

Fatih Tüysüz received his B.Sc. in industrial engineering in 2002, M.Sc. in engineering management in 2004, and Ph.D. in industrial engineering from İstanbul Technical University in 2010 respectively. He has been a full time faculty member at the department of Industrial Engineering in İstanbul University - Cerrahpaşa since 2012. He has been delivering lectures on decision theory, system simulation, engineering economics, manufacturing systems modeling, and lean production at both undergraduate and graduate levels. His research interests include fuzzy logic and applications, grey system theory, system modeling, and modern manufacturing systems.

Gülfem Tuzkaya, Ph.D., is currently working as a Professor in the Department of Industrial Engineering, Marmara University. Dr. G. Tuzkaya received her MSc. Degree in Industrial Engineering from Yıldız Technical University, in 2002, MBA degree from Istanbul Technical University, in 2005, and Ph.D. degree in Industrial Engineering from Yıldız Technical University, in 2008. She has been at Tilburg University, the Netherlands, as a visiting researcher in 2010. Her research interests are in the areas of reverse-forward logistics systems design, facility design and operations research applications for operations management problems

Naveed Yaqoob is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mathematics and Statistics at Riphah International University, Islamabad, Pakistan. He received his MS degree and Ph.D degree in Mathematics from Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad, Pakistan. His research interests include algebraic structures, algebraic hyperstructures, fuzzy algebraic structures, fuzzy algebraic hyperstructures, fuzzy sets, rough set, soft sets, fuzzy graphs, fuzzy finite state automata, fuzzy aggregation operators and fuzzy decision making. He is the author of around 100 research papers. He serves as a reviewer for Mathematical Reviews.

Boris Yatsalo received the degree of mathematician from the Moscow State University (MSU), 1981; PhD thesis (Cand.Sci), 1985, (Bifurcations and strange attractors in ecological systems); Doctor Sci. thesis, 2004 (GIS-DSSs on Remediation of Contaminated Territories). 2003- 2017: Head of Information Systems Dept., 2017- present – full Prof. at Institute of Intelligent Cybernetic Systems (IICS) IATE NRNU MEHI, Obninsk-Moscow. Manager of more than 10 International and National projects on DSSs, MCDA, Remediation of radioactively contaminated territories and risk management. Research Interests: Fuzzy MCDA, Fuzzy Numbers, Multi-Criteria Decision Analysis, Fuzzy Intelligent Systems, Decision Support Systems, Risk Analysis and Risk Management.
