Bentham is offering subject-based scholarly content collections which are tailored to meet specific research needs. Researchers can access related articles from current and back volumes by purchasing access to these collections. Subscribers will also have access to new articles as soon as they are published and added to these collections. With new articles being added to these collections on a daily basis, the collections serve as an ideal tool to keep researchers updated with new developments in the respective fields.

Professor Godefridus (Frits) J. Peters is currently at the Laboratory Medical Oncology at the Amsterdam University Medical Centers (location VU University Medical Center; VUmc) in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. He studied biology and chemistry at the University of Nijmegen, and did his Ph.D. in 1982. The research of Prof. Peters is focused on translation of preclinical pharmacology of anticancer agents to the clinic. This included all aspects of drug development of various classes including anti-signalling protein kinase inhibitors, antifolates, antimetabolites, platinum analogs, topoisomerase inhibitors, and taxanes. Prof. Peters has authored/co-authored 580 refereed research papers and reviews, as well as 171 papers/chapters in books and congress proceedings.
Dr. Yuzhu Guo received his Bachelor's and Master's degrees from the Beijing Institute of Technology, Beijing, China, and Ph.D in automatic control and systems engineering from The University of Sheffield, U.K., in 2009. He worked as a researcher in INSIGNEO institute for silico medicine, U.K. Dr. Guo is currently an Associate Professor at the School of Automation Science and Electrical Engineering, Beihang University, China. His research interests include system identification, nonlinear dynamics, NARMAX methodology, nonlinear spectral analysis, brain-computer interface, computer-aided diagnosis, neurorehabilitation, neuro-musculo-skeletal systems, and brain-inspired intelligence.
Dr. Youhe Gao is a Professor at the Beijing Normal University. He received his MD from the Peking Union Medical College, Ph.D from University of Connecticut and postdoctoral training from Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Harvard Medical School. He was a professor at the Department of Pathophysiology, Institute of Basic Medical Sciences, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences/ Peking Union Medical College from 2001-2014. He proposed that urine is a better source for early biomarker discovery because urine is not controlled by homeostatic mechanisms and accumulates more changes at the early stage of the disease development. He also proposed that urine macromolecules can be stored on membranes in dry and vacuum condition. Many early biomarker clues were found from animal models for many important diseases in his laboratory.
Dr. Francesca Duraturo is an Italian biologist. She completed her Ph.D. in biochemistry and molecular biology from Federico II University of Naples (2005) and specialization in Medical Genetic from Sapienza University of Rome (2009). Dr. Duraturo studies the molecular basis of hereditary tumors with research activity focused on the field of gastrointestinal hereditary tumors. Specific areas of her research include the molecular mechanisms responsible for the phenotypic manifestation of LS, such as the characterization of novel pathogenic variants in non-canonical genes, the role of alternative splicing, and the discovery of new molecular markers in LS tumorigenesis etc. Furthermore, she has collaborated on studies regarding the epithelial-mesenchymal transition of sporadic colorectal cancers. Dr. Duraturo has authored more than 50 scientific articles in international journals and contributed 5 scientific chapters in international books.
