背景:由于越来越多的州将非医疗和医疗用途合法化,美国的大麻消费量迅速增加。然而,调查大麻是否可能与认知功能有关的研究有限,特别是在大麻使用的多个方面。 目的:本研究的目的是研究大麻消费的原因、频率和方法是否与主观认知能力下降(SCD)有关。 方法:数据来自2021年行为风险因素监测系统(BRFSS)中的4,744名45岁及以上的美国成年人。SCD是在过去一年中自我报告的混乱或记忆丧失的增加。在输入缺失数据、应用抽样权重并调整社会人口统计学、健康和物质使用协变量后,使用多元逻辑回归检查了大麻使用原因、频率和方法(例如吸烟、食用、蒸发)导致SCD的几率。 结果:与不使用大麻相比,非医用大麻使用与SCD几率降低96%显著相关(aOR=0.04, 95% CI=0.01-0.44, p< 0.01)。医疗(aOR=0.46, 95% CI=0.06-3.61, p= 0.46)和双重医疗和非医疗使用(aOR=0.30, 95% CI=0.03-2.92, p= 0.30)也与SCD的发生率降低相关,尽管不显著。大麻消费频率和方法与SCD无显著相关。 结论:SCD与使用大麻的原因有关,而与使用频率和方法无关。需要进一步的研究来调查可能有助于观察到非医用大麻使用与SCD几率降低之间的关联的机制。
