摘要
心血管疾病(CVD)是世界范围内死亡的主要原因。多种因素已被公认为导致心血管疾病;其中,吸烟、缺乏运动、不健康的饮食习惯、年龄和家族史是旗手。建议有患心血管疾病风险的个体将剧烈改变习惯作为预防心血管疾病的主要干预措施;然而,随着时间的推移,这种疾病必然会恶化。这时,二级干预开始发挥作用,包括抗高血压、抗血脂、抗心绞痛和抗肌力药物。这些药物通常需要对心力衰竭风险高得多的患者进行手术干预。这些治疗药物提高了生存率,降低了症状的严重程度和随之而来的不适,并提高了整体生活质量。然而,大多数人死于这种疾病。这些治疗都没有解决疾病的分子机制,因此无法阻止疾病的病理恶化。基因治疗提供了一种更有效、更有效、更重要的新方法来对抗这种疾病,因为它有可能永久地从患者身上根除这种疾病,甚至在下一代身上。然而,这种疗法具有显著的风险和伦理方面的考虑,会引起值得注意的耐药性。在这篇综述中,我们讨论了基因治疗心血管疾病的各种方法,并解决了围绕它的伦理难题。
