乳腺癌(BC)目前是全世界妇女中最常见的癌症之一,也是妇女癌症死亡的主要原因,也对患者的生活质量(QoL)产生负面影响。在过去的二十年里,不列颠哥伦比亚省的研究使我们对这种疾病的了解取得了非凡的进展,从而产生了更有效的治疗方法。然而,它的发生仍在增加。目前世界各地正在开发几种新的治疗方法,但它们并非没有众所周知的副作用,而且许多患者出现内分泌耐药性。然而,需要设计和合成更合适的策略和新药来治疗乳腺癌,克服耐药和副作用,获得更好的治疗效果。在这篇综述中,我们总结了目前在意大利进行的治疗BC的方法和临床研究,主要是HER2+ MBC, HER2-low MBC和TNBC,重点是最新的研究,也考虑了不同的方面,包括与生活质量相关的一些方面。最后,将引用一些与BC省体力活动有用性相关的研究。
