糖尿病创面极易受到感染,因为糖尿病创面需要延迟和不完全的愈合技术。目前,与糖尿病有关的伤口和溃疡也增加了医疗负担。糖尿病性伤口会损害活动能力,导致截肢,甚至死亡。近年来,先进的药物输送系统已成为提高糖尿病患者伤口愈合治疗效果的有希望的方法。本文综述了目前治疗慢性糖尿病伤口愈合的药物输送系统的进展。本文首先讨论糖尿病伤口的病理生理特征,包括血管生成受损、活性氧升高和免疫反应受损。这些因素导致伤口愈合延迟和感染易感性增加。强调了早期干预和有效伤口管理策略的重要性。然后探索了各种类型的先进药物输送系统,包括纳米颗粒,水凝胶,转移体,脂质体,乳质体,树状大分子和纳米悬浮液,其中掺入了生物活性剂和生物大分子,也用于慢性糖尿病伤口管理。这些系统具有诸如治疗剂的持续释放、靶向性和穿透性的改善以及伤口愈合的增强等优点。此外,该综述强调了抗生素、矿物质、维生素、生长因子基因治疗和干细胞治疗等新方法在糖尿病伤口愈合中的潜力。先进的药物输送系统的结果在管理慢性糖尿病伤口愈合具有巨大的潜力。他们为提供治疗药物、改善伤口愈合和解决糖尿病伤口的特定病理生理特征提供了创新的方法。
