Radical Scavenging, Anti-Inflammatory, and Hepatoprotective Activities of Pentacyclic Triterpene isolated from Rosa webbiana

摘要

介绍:在巴基斯坦的传统医学中,藏边蔷薇被用来治疗包括黄疸在内的几种疾病。迄今为止,仅对该植物的神经保护潜力进行了评估。 目的:本研究旨在分离生物活性化合物,并研究其可能的自由基清除、抗炎和肝保护活性。 方法:采用柱层析法分离了三氯甲烷部分的化合物。通过质谱、1H-NMR和2D-NMR对化合物进行了表征。通过2,2-二苯基-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH)和过氧化氢(H2O2)测定自由基清除活性,通过二甲苯诱导的耳部水肿和卡拉胶- 2测定抗炎潜力 结果:从RW果实(ARW1)中分离到一种三萜化合物(3α, 21β-二羟基齐墩-12-烯)。在500 μg/ml浓度下,该化合物对DPPH和H2O2的清除能力分别为61±1.31%和66±0.48%。ARW1 (50 mg/kg)对二甲苯诱导的小鼠耳水肿的抑制率为62.9±0.15%,对角叉菜胶诱导的小鼠足水肿的抑制率为66.6±0.17%。在ccl4诱导的肝毒性小鼠中,ARW1显著对抗丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、总胆红素(T.B)升高和总蛋白(T.P)水平降低。肝脏组织形态学研究支持血清生化特征对肝脏的保护作用。此外,ARW1显著减轻CCl4引起的体重和肝重的毒性变化 结论:化合物ARW1具有抗自由基、抗炎和保护肝脏的作用。抗炎和保肝活性可能归因于化合物的抗氧化潜力。
