背景:皮肤老化是由内在(激素和遗传)和外在(环境)因素引起的自然过程。光老化是由于皮肤长时间暴露在紫外线照射下而发生的,占面部老化的80%。 简介: 老化皮肤的特征包括弹性降低、出现细纹、肤色不均、干燥。与自然老化相比,光老化的临床症状包括出现更深的皱纹、粗糙的纹理、变色以及更大的弹性损失。 方法:这项工作报告了几篇科学文章,这些文章使用分子对接、分子动力学和定量构效关系(QSAR)等计算技术来识别天然产物及其衍生物对抗皮肤老化和光老化的作用。 结果:研究人员进行的计算机分析预测了天然产物与靶标基质金属蛋白酶-1、基质金属蛋白酶-3、基质金属蛋白酶-9和酪氨酸酶的结合亲和力和相互作用。此外,一些研究报告了蛋白质-配体复合物的稳定性和所研究化合物的理化性质。最后,这项研究提出了针对目标的有前途的分子。 结论:因此,像这样的研究可以指导与皮肤老化和光老化相关的新研究。
