摘要

癌细胞的代谢重编程是一种应对高增殖率、侵袭和转移的策略。此外,一些研究人员指出,细胞代谢在化疗耐药期间发生了变化。由于糖酵解酶在这些改变中起着重要作用,因此降低对化疗药物耐药性的能力对癌症患者来说是有希望的。这些酶的振荡基因表达参与了癌细胞的增殖、侵袭和转移。这篇综述讨论了一些糖酵解酶在各种癌症类型中与癌症进展和化疗耐药相关的作用。
