靶向fc融合蛋白预防和治疗Covid-19:对抗新发疾病的经验

摘要

2019冠状病毒病(Covid-19)大流行被认为是对人类健康的重大威胁。迫切需要有效的治疗方法。刺突蛋白和血管紧张素转换酶2 (ACE2)受体在SARS-CoV-2感染中起关键作用。因此,这两种蛋白质被认为是开发各种生物治疗药物和控制Covid-19疫苗的潜在靶点。融合蛋白具有理想的药用特性,包括高血清半衰期、稳定性和在体内的溶解度。此外,用于治疗其他疾病的其他fc融合蛋白没有已知的副作用。这些fc融合蛋白是有价值的生物药物,由于其潜在的治疗益处,已被提议作为治疗和预防Covid-19的候选治疗药物。
