摘要

背景:在世界范围内,数百万人受到肝脏疾病和问题的影响,即使采用多种治疗策略,患者的成功治疗似乎也具有挑战性。目前,医生只能进行肝移植和切除等治疗。研究人员发现,由于调理作用、机械截留和 RES 摄取等各种缺点,靶向肝脏具有挑战性。 方法:使用 ScienceDirect、j-gate、google scholar、 PubMed, scihub 等和数据都做了相应的整理。 结果:肝脏解剖学和各种肝细胞的基础知识以及肝脏疾病的病理生理学和肝脏靶向被提及,以更好地理解各种肝脏疾病的进一步治疗。乙型肝炎、肝纤维化、肝细胞癌、急性肝功能衰竭和肝硬化等各种肝病在与其治疗相关的多项研究中均有详细介绍。还概述了主动和被动肝脏靶向的各种策略。提到了几种先进的报道纳米载体(脂质体、聚合物胶束、纳米颗粒、微米和纳米乳液以及植物体),并通过汇编与这些纳米载体相关的研究报告总结了它们在治疗肝脏疾病方面的潜力。 结论:制备结合纳米载体和生物材料治疗肝病的纳米药物是一个巨大的挑战。了解肝脏解剖学和肝细胞的各个方面是设计成功的肝脏靶向纳米/微载体的首要要求。此外,从生物相容性和生物降解性的角度来看,在肝脏靶向中选择先进的或改性的聚合物材料对于它们特定的肝细胞靶向非常关键。
