GSTT1和GSTM1多态性在费城阴性慢性髓系白血病易感性中的影响

背景:本研究旨在阐明GST (T1和M1)基因多态性在Ph-ve CML发展中的作用。 材料和方法:我们报道了一项126名参与者的病例对照研究,分为26名Ph-ve CML患者(57.7%男性,42.3%女性)和100名无癌症病史的健康志愿者(51%男性,49%女性)作为对照人群。所有Ph-ve CML患者均根据基于CBC的标准血液学和细胞遗传学标准进行诊断,通过逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)确认是否存在BCRABL基因,然后进行骨髓(BM)检查。 结果:26例研究病例中,50%为GSTT1零基因型,对照组为21%,差异有统计学意义(CI= 1.519 - 9.317;假定值= 0.004)。23.1%的病例和35%的对照组检测到GSTM1零基因型,差异无统计学意义(OR= 0.557;CI = 0.205 - -1.515;假定值= 0.252)。GSTT1和GSTM1多态性的分布也根据性别、年龄和种族分组进行了检测;这些结果显示没有统计学上的显著差异。 结论:我们的研究揭示了GSTT1多态性与Ph-ve CML之间的强相关性,而GSTM1多态性的数据表明在疾病的初始发展中没有作用。需要更多的研究来进一步阐明这些基因和其他基因在疾病发展中的作用。
