摘要

在再生医学和组织工程中存在的不同方法中,近年来最引起人们兴趣的方法是打印功能性生物组织的可能性。生物打印是一种用于创建模仿生物组织的细胞化三维结构的技术,从而可以替换它们。水凝胶是此类技术的有趣材料。基于天然聚合物的水凝胶除了是用于细胞封装的有吸引力的生物材料之外,还因其生物兼容性而闻名。它们提供具有生物相关化学和物理信号的三维水环境,模仿细胞外基质(ECM)的自然环境。生物墨水是可以打印活细胞的墨水配方。通过生物墨水控制生物材料的沉积需要维持细胞活力并提供能够引导细胞迁移、增殖和分化的特定生化和物理刺激。在这项工作中,我们分析了生物打印的理论和实践问题,列举了目前使用的方法、它们的优点和局限性。我们展示了一些用于组成生物墨水的重要分子,以及在不同组织中观察到的细胞反应。最后,我们指出了该方法的未来前景。
