摘要

早产儿视网膜病变（ROP）是一种与视力损伤和失明相关的新生儿疾病。利用早产儿视网膜病变的发病机制和影响其发展的风险因素，有助于预防和减少其发病率，并促进新的治疗策略的出现和发展。影响视网膜病变的因素包括生长和炎症因素，这些因素在早产儿视网膜病变的发病机制中起着至关重要的作用。本综述总结了早产儿视网膜病变发病机制中最关键的因素。

关键词: 早产儿视网膜病变、VEGF、IGF-1、炎症、血管生成、发病机制
