靶向细菌膜蛋白以探索天然产物的有益作用:针对耐药性的新抗生素

摘要

抗生素耐药性目前是一场世界卫生危机,敦促开发新的抗菌物质。为此,天然产物,包括类黄酮、生物碱、萜类、类固醇、肽和有机酸,在药物开发中起着至关重要的作用,从而构成了临床实践中的丰富来源,为药物的直接或用于筛选新抗生素开发的先导化合物提供了重要的药物来源。由于膜蛋白占当前临床药物靶点的60%以上,在信号转导、运输、细菌致病性和耐药性以及免疫原性方面起着至关重要的作用,因此我们的目的是总结那些具有不同结构的针对细菌膜蛋白的天然产物,如外排泵和酶,为开发新的抗生素来应对抗生素耐药性提供概述。
