简介:社会认知(SC)是一个复杂的概念,它反映了一系列的内隐和外显的认知过程。许多神经认知领域与SC相关,执行功能(EF)是其中最具代表性的一个。我们进行了一项系统的综述,旨在阐明在阿尔茨海默病(AD)患者中,SC损伤是否与EF功能障碍相关。 方法:在2007年1月至2019年12月期间,使用Pubmed、SciELO、BIREME和Thomson Reuters科学网络电子数据库,基于系统综述和综合分析的首选报告项目(PRISMA)进行检索。关键词为SC、AD、EF、神经心理功能和执行障碍。 结果:共鉴定136篇,纳入15篇。这些研究对AD中SC缺失的程度不一致,主要是在该病的轻度阶段。EF缺陷,特别是抑制和操纵语言信息的能力,与AD的SC损伤相关。SC随疾病进展而下降,这一关系可以解释为整体认知障碍和SC特异性症状。 结论:SC损伤与疾病进展有关,主要是由于EF下降所致。对SC成分的研究是不平等的,导致了心理理论结果的频繁泛化,并经常妨碍对其他成分的研究,主要是同理心。更准确地了解SC在AD中的作用可能有助于更好地理解行为变化和人际互动。
