背景:柚皮苷(NAR)是一种富含于多种药用植物和果实中的黄酮类化合物。人们对这种分子越来越感兴趣,因为它有可能有助于减轻许多健康问题。 目的:本文简要介绍了NAR的药代动力学,主要集中在体外和体内的动物研究,表明NAR对心血管、代谢、神经和肺部疾病和癌症有益。并分析了NAR对不同骨和牙疾病模型的合成代谢作用。此外,报告了NAR对胃肠道作用的证据以及它对微生物群组成和活性的影响。最后,讨论了NAR的研究现状及临床应用。 方法:检索PubMed数据库至2019年,使用关键词NAR、naringenin、心血管和代谢疾病、神经和肺部疾病、癌症、骨和牙科疾病、胃肠道、微生物群、NAR配方、临床试验。 结果:有关NAR的生物利用度和药代动力学的研究数量有限。据报道,NAR对心血管疾病、2型糖尿病(T2DM)、代谢综合征、肺疾病、神经退行性疾病、癌症和胃肠道病理有积极作用。目前的NAR配方似乎改善了其生物利用度,这将允许其临床应用。 结论:NAR具有广泛的生物学效应,可改善人类健康。由于很少有临床研究已经进行,NAR的使用需要更多的调查,以便更好地了解其安全性、有效性、交付和人体生物利用度。
