Professor at Federal Institute of Paraná (IFPR) - Campus Paranavaí. Professor and Advisor in the Program in Food Engineering of the State University of Maringá (PEG) - Master's level and on the Program of Milk and Dairy Products Science and Technology of UNOPAR – Master’s Level. Graduated in Food Engineering, specialized in Process and Quality Control of Meat, Milk and Eggs and in Fruit and Vegetable Technology, Master and Doctor in Food Science. I have 63 published papers, 31 chapters of books and 219 abstracts in events.
