This chapter comes in continuity with chapter 10 in a sense that it tentatively
aims to provide a synthetic overview of problematic posed by sperm guidance in a
large variety of species and summarize globally the diversity of mechanisms
individually adopted in each group where sperm attraction was characterized, while
discerning common strategies.
