Thus, air components are the sources of biomass formation on the FS. Carbon dioxide is the starting
gas for the plant photosynthesis and nitrogen of air participates in the process of nitrogen fixation. The
biosynthesis of nitrogen containing products- amino acids, proteins and alkaloids is a result of the activity of
nitrogen- fixing organisms. The activation of the process of nitrogen fixation is based on gene modification of
plant – bacterial symbiosis.
