摘要
迷迭香(Rosmarinus officinalis L., RO,迷迭香)是一种著名的药用、芳香和烹饪草本植物,传统上在欧洲民间医学中用于治疗记忆缺陷和神经退行性疾病。本文综述了在临床前和临床研究中发现的不同的RO神经保护活性,以及RO中发现的生物活性化合物的硅分子对接。以“迷迭香、迷迭香、神经保护作用、记忆、认知功能障碍、阿尔茨海默病”为关键词,通过PubMed、Web of Science (WoS)、Scopus和Clinical Trials等数据库检索RO的神经保护作用。RO富含次级代谢物,具有增强记忆的潜力,通过不同的分子机制,如抑制胆碱酯酶,调节多巴胺能和催产素系统,介导氧化和炎症蛋白,参与神经性疼痛等,显示出神经保护作用。菜籽油提取物具有抗抑郁和抗焦虑活性。此外,在动物模型中,该植物已显示出对东莨菪碱、脂多糖、AlCl3和h2o2诱导的健忘症以及淀粉样蛋白- β和伊博烯酸诱导的神经毒性和慢性收缩损伤相关的氧化应激记忆和认知障碍的疗效。一些临床研究支持RO及其成分的神经保护作用。然而,需要更多的临床研究来进一步证实临床前研究的结果,不仅应该包括安慰剂对照研究,还应该包括使用批准药物的阳性对照研究。许多研究强调,从实验和分子对接分析中可以看出,RO成分可能具有开发抗阿尔茨海默病候选药物的潜力,这些候选药物具有高生物利用度、低毒性和增强对中枢神经系统的渗透能力。
