摘要

大量研究集中在植物作为治疗多种疾病的药物来源,以克服化学药物的许多副作用。番红花醛是藏红花 [Crocus sativus] 的主要成分之一,具有广泛的药理作用,包括抗炎、抗氧化和抗细胞凋亡作用。本综述详细阐述了目前对藏花醛神经保护作用的理解。根据迄今为止公布的数据,番红花醛有可能对癫痫、中风、多发性硬化症、帕金森病和阿尔茨海默病等神经系统疾病发挥神经保护作用。尽管非常需要临床试验研究,但番红花醇可能被认为是未来有前途的治疗剂。
