背景:多形性胶质母细胞瘤(GBM)是最常见和致命的胶质瘤类型。纳米粒子(NPs)被用于基因治疗GBM的新途径。 介绍:本文就NPs作为靶向载体在GBM细胞凋亡基因治疗中的作用作一综述。本文就NPs作为靶向载体在GBM细胞凋亡基因治疗中的作用作一综述。 方法:使用PubMed、ISI Web of Science、Scopus检索截至2020年9月4日的相关文献,不受语言限制,检索关键词为nanoparticle、glioblastoma、gene therapy、apoptosis等相关词。本文以PRISMA方案为基础,综述了纳米颗粒、各种基因治疗要素载体对GBM细胞体外和体内凋亡的影响。选择的文章被考虑使用特定的分数对文章的质量。数据提取和质量评价由两位审稿人完成。 结果:在101篇检索到的文章中,有42篇符合纳入标准,因此,其他59篇最终被排除。在GBM基因治疗研究中使用最广泛的NP是聚酰胺胺(PAMAM)。对GBM中细胞凋亡最常见的基因治疗方法是使用siRNA。 结论:综上所述,这些研究证实了NPs是一种提高基因治疗GBM细胞凋亡效率和特异性的实际选择。但NP型的选择和基因治疗机制影响GBM细胞的凋亡效率。
