摘要

背景:久坐的生活方式是一个重要的公共健康问题。增加2型糖尿病(DM2)和全身性动脉高血压(SAH)的发病率,进而损害身心健康。事实上,葡萄糖代谢紊乱是阿尔茨海默氏症的特征,通常被称为3型糖尿病。 目的:本研究的目的是评估DM2和/或SAH患者的活动水平、身体组成、心血管风险和认知状况。本研究为横断面设计。 方法:样本120人,男性35%,女性65%,平均年龄64±9岁,60±11岁。研究人员评估了各种参数,如人体测量变量、计步器记录和简短认知筛查组(BCSB),后者评估即时记忆、语言流畅性、学习能力、后期记忆和识别能力。卡方检验和费雪精确检验被用于观察男性和女性之间可能的差异。除了Kruskall-Wallis,在SAH患者之间的比较;DM2和SAH + DM2。 结果:在参与该项目的人员中发现了高比率的身体缺乏活动。女性的特征是身体脂肪增加,而男性表现出内脏脂肪过剩。BCSB表现出语言流畅性下降,记忆力和识别能力下降,女性表现出明显更差的结果。 结论:低水平的日常体育活动与肥胖、心血管风险升高和认知功能障碍明显相关。
