He was Associate Professor of Obstetrics & Gynecology at the University “Magna Graecia” of Catanzaro as until 2011. To date, he is Full Professor of Obstetrics & Gynecology and Head of Training and Scientific Research of the Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology of the IRCCS – ASMN of Reggio Emilia, in Italy. Prof. Palomba is author of more than 250 peer-reviewed papers with a personal H-factor of 40. His main fields of interest are the Reproductive Medicine and Surgery. He is Editorial Board Member of several journals, and specifically he is Editor-in-Chief of Current Drug Therapy.

Prof. Israel Amirav is a pediatric pulmonologist and internationally renowned leader in aerosol therapy for infants and young children. He graduated from the Tel Aviv University Medical School in 1981 and then from he undertook a Pediatric Pulmonary fellowship at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. After completing his training in the USA, he returned to Israel where he headed the pediatric pulmonology service in the Northern part of Israel for next 25 years. In 2013, he moved to the University of Alberta in Edmonton, Canada where he is currently Associate Professor and Educational Program Director. He has published >90 studies, mainly related to aerosol therapy and also in areas such as asthma and PCD.
