Biography of Ben M. Dunn
A distinguished Professor Ben M. Dunn received his Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of California at Santa Barbara in 1971 and did postdoctoral work at the National Institutes of Health from 1971-1974. He joined the Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology in 1974 and moved through the ranks to his current title. He served as President of the American Peptide Society from 2011-2013 and was President of the International Proteolysis Society. He is the Editor-in-Chief of two Bentham journals, Protein and Peptide Letters, for research reports and mini-reviews, and Current Protein and Peptide Science, which publishes exclusively review papers.
