Transfer of Submission
Transfer of submission with Bentham’s Manuscript Transfer Facility is very simple.
The Author receives the transfer proposal by email - the transfer process is initiated by an affirmative response from the author to our transfer proposal.
The Authors’ manuscript is transferred to a suitable journal for initial editorial scrutiny.
The Author then receives an editorial decision from the journal.
Selection of another Journal
The Author is free to choose to submit the manuscript to a new journal by declining our transfer offer.

Biography of Evandro L. de Souza
Evandro L. de Souza received a Ph.D. in Nutrition (2006) from Federal University of Pernambuco (Brazil) and a master’s degree in Food Science and Technology (2003) from Federal University of Paraíba (Brazil). He is currently an Associate Professor and a leader scientist at Laboratory of Food Microbiology - Department of Nutrition - Federal University of Paraíba. His research expertise and interests are food microbiology, food safety, probiotics, prebiotics and gut microbiota modulation. He is (co)-author of more than 200 scientific outputs, including original research, review papers, book chapters and patents.
