structures of the organic semiconductor and nano materials. The main research he is pursuing
now is understanding the relationship between the electrical transport through molecules and
device’s electronic structure. In order to test their electrical properties, Metal-Molecule-Metal
junctions are built by employing the conducting probe atomic force microscopy (CP-AFM) to
contact small numbers of molecules. Questions of interest include how the current-voltage
characteristics of these molecular junctions depend on molecular size, bonding and functional
group architecture, and the nature of the metal-molecule contacts.

Chim. Acta and Int. J. Quantum Chemistry working in the fields of biochemical calculations of anti-cancer drugs, the theory of physiological correlations, soliton processes, problems of theoretical physics. His research interests include Quantization of circuits and extension to biophysics (DNA-calculations with methods of the charge space quantization), relative biological effects (RBE) of different kinds of radiation, water electrolysis with the additional use of radiation ionization, superconductivity, quantum computer, nuclear/particle physics with the focus to nonlinear Schrödinger and Dirac equations in charge space.
