Prior to assuming this post in 2014, he spent over 10 years in positions of increasing responsibility in pharmaceutical industry (Millennium Pharmaceuticals, Abbott Bioresearch Center, ChemDiv, Inc.) , where he was involved in multiple drug discovery programs in the areas of oncology, metabolic disease, infectious disease and CNS disorders. In 2011-2013 Dr. Krasavin led an independent research group at Eskitis Institute for Drug Discovery (Griffith University) in Braisbane, Australia. Prof. Krasavin has authored more than 100 manuscripts, 8 patents, several book chapters and has consulted various drug discovery and development business entities. In 2016, he was elected a Professor of the Russian Academy of Sciences. |
