Also, he designed an acceleration way to deteriorate the concrete and reinforcement in an electrical field. Besides, he paid attention to the concrete behavior in the marine environment, due to the combined effect of sulfate attack and dry-wetting cycles. He developed a chemical-damage-elastoplasticity model to describe the mechanical behavior of deteriorated concrete.
