Professor Tom Salt obtained his Degrees from The Universities of Cambridge and Bristol, is co-founder and Director of Neurexpert Ltd, and Emeritus Professor at University College London. He has worked in the pharmaceutical industry, and acted as a consultant and adviser to industry.
Professor Salt's research encompasses the pharmacology of neurotransmitters in relation to the sensory system systems, and more recently the functional consequences of neurodegeneration.
