Biography of W.A.J. Al-Areeqi
Dr. Waheb A. Jabbar received his BSc degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Basrah, Iraq, in 2001, Master of Engineering degree in Communication & Computer Engineering and the PhD degree in Electrical, Electronic, and Systems Engineering (Wireless Communications and Networking) from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM), Bangi, Selangor, Malaysia, in 2011 and 2015 respectively. Dr. Jabbar is a member of IET UK, and IEM and BEM, Malaysia. He is currently a Senior Lecturer (Assistant Professor) at the Faculty of Electrical & Electronic Engineering Technology, Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP), Pekan, Pahang, Malaysia and the faculty coordinator of Senior Design Projects for undergraduate students along with a Research Fellow at IBM Centre of Excellence, (UMP), Malaysia. His research interests include mobile communications and wireless networking, mobile ad hoc networks, wireless sensor networks, and routing protocols. He also has a keen interest in Internet of Things, LoRa Networks, NB-IoT, Smart City, Nanoelectronics and automation.

Biography of Z.-B. Wang
Wang Zhengbin is currently a Professor at College of Electronic and Optical Engineering, Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications, Nanjing, 210023, China. He received his Ph.D. degree in Electromagnetic Field and Microwave Engineering from Nanjing University. His main research interests are Electromagnetic Metamaterials, RF/microwave circuits, and electromagnetic wave absorber and transmission-line techniques. He has published his work in both international & National journals.
Weidong Zhao is currently an Associate Professor at the Software School of Fudan University in China. He received his M.S. degrees in machine-electricity control and automation from Hefei University of Technology in 1998. He received his Ph.D. from the Institute of System Engineering at Southeast University, China, in 2001. He was a visiting scholar in Stern School of Business, New York University between 2011 and 2012. His current research interests include process intelligence, intelligent data analysis and decision support systems. He has also published some research papers in international conferences and journals such as PAKDD, Knowledge and Information Systems, Information Processing & Management,Information Systems Frontiersetc.

Biography of Sing Kiong Nguang
Brief Biography: Professor Nguang received his BE (with first class honours) and PhD degree from the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering of the University of Newcastle, Australia, in 1992 and 1995, respectively. He has published 6 books and over 300 refereed journal and conference papers on nonlinear control system and networked control systems. He has served on the editorial board of a number of international journals. He is the Chief-Editor of the International Journal of Sensors, Wireless Communications and Control.
