Dr. Fumihiko Okumura is an Associate Professor and graduated from Kobe-Gakuin University in 1999. He has been awarded a degree of PhD in 2005 from Kyushu University. He performed Postdoctoral Fellowship in Scripps research institute in San Diego, CA USA from 2005 to 2008. He became an assistant professor at Hokkaido University graduate school of medicine in 2008, in Nagoya University. He became a principal investigator in Fukuoka Women University, Department of Food and Health Sciences. His major is biochemistry and molecular biology. His research interest is the post-translational protein modification, such as ubiquitination and IS Gylation.

Maria Antonietta Panaro was born on November 27, 1964 in Brindisi, Italy. She was
a happy healthy baby. Her father, Modesto, worked as a non-commissioned officer in
the Navy, her mother, Anna, took care of the home. Marie Antoinette was very
studious in school and was intrigued by the scientific world. She loved children too
and so he decided to attend teachers college to become a teacher. After graduating
from high school teacher she continued her studies by enrolling in Biological
Sciences and graduated in 1989. After earning the title of doctor finally became interested in the research that has now
become her main occupation. She got married in 2000 with the nuclear medicine
specialist Piergianni Moda, became the mother of three daughters, Erika, Dalila and
Rebecca. She currently is a researcher at the Department of Biosciences,
Biotechnology and Biopharmaceutics, University of Bari, Italy.

Marco Ruggiero, MD, has a PhD in Molecular Biology and a specialization in Diagnostic Radiology. He served in the NATO Army as Medical Officer. He worked at the Laboratory of Cellular and Molecular Biology of Burroughs Wellcome Co, where he published a paper in PNAS sponsored by Nobel Laureate Sir John Vane and at the National Cancer Institute of the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, MD, USA. He worked in Italy as Professor of Molecular Biology at the University of Firenze until 2014.

Dr. Roman A. Zinovkin is currently a Leading Researcher in Belozersky Institute of Physico-Chemical Biology, Moscow State University, Moscow, Russia. He received his doctoral degree in Virology in 1998. Postdoctoral research was partly done in the Federal Biological Institute for Agriculture and Forestry, Dossenheim, Germany.
