Dr Aroonsri Priprem is currently an Academic at the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Science, Khon Kaen University, Thailand. She is also the Director of Melatonin Research Group, Khon Kaen University, Thailand and a Permanent member and Secretary at the Khon Kaen University Ethical Committee (Biomedical Science Section). Besides, she is a reader or reviewer of several national and international journals. Her research interests focus on drugs, herbs, delivery system, mucoadhesive, skin, transmucosal, and melatonin. She has published several papers in well-reputed international journals.

Dr. Wen Shi obtained his PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences in 2015 and has several years' industry experience in the biologics drug product development. Now he's working as a Research Associate in UNMC and his primary interest includes the development of novel drug delivery system and biomaterials for cancer research and regenerative medicine. His expertise is in diagnostic agents design and application in cancer, antibody stability and formulation evaluation as well as biomaterials application in regenerative medicine. He is a member of the society for biomaterials and has over 11 publications so far.

Dr Zyta Ziora received PhD (Wroclaw University of Science & Technology, Poland) in chemistry and
has wide range of experience in medicinal chemistry, including development of antimalarial therapeutics
(the University of Montpellier, France), enzyme inhibitors and drug candidates against Alzheimer disease
(Kyoto Pharmaceutical University, Japan). Her research time is currently dedicated mainly to projects
devoted to the modification of existing antibiotics, and complexing them with other antimicrobial agents,
e.g. metal ions, to produce more potent alternatives, which are able to overcome the drug resistance of
superbugs. She is also working on nature-derived compounds with antimicrobial and anticancer potency.
