Prof. MING GAO completed his PhD at Shandong University, P. R. China, and joined
this university in 2008. Now he is the director of Energy and Power Engineering
Department. Prof. GAO’s research interests are three-dimensional fluid flow, heat and mass
transfer, especially energy-saving research of thermal/nuclear/renewable energy power
plants. He is recognized worldwide for his work on heat exchangers and cooling towers.
From 2014 to 2015, he visited the University of Manchester, UK, and cooperated with Prof.
Ali. Turan to research the radiation noise of turbomachinery and complex piping system.

Dr. Dong-Won Jung is a Professor at the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Jeju National University, South Korea. He received his Bachelor’s degree from Pusan National University, Republic of Korea in 1989 and Master of Science and Ph.D degree from Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology in 1991and 1995 respectively. His research involves constitutive modeling at hot working conditions, cold roll forming, incremental sheet forming, and computational modeling for metal forming applications. He has authored various papers, published in reputed journals.

Dr Ahmad Zhafran Ahmad Mazlan is currently working as a Senior Lecturer at the School of Mechanical Engineering, Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM), Malaysia. His field of research includes Sound and Vibration, Active Vibration Control, Active Force Control, Piezoelectric Sensor and Actuator, Structural Dynamic Modification, Hand-arm Vibration, System Dynamic Modelling and Simulation. He has published several articles in distinguished journals and has also won awards for his outstanding contribution in his field. Besides, he is a reviewer of many international well-reputed journals.
