Recent Patents on Food, Nutrition & Agriculture

Born in Foggia on March 30th 1979, Vittorio Capozzi obtained his laurea degree in Food Science and Technology on April 28th 2005 at the University of Foggia. He got his Ph.D. in Biotechnology of Food Products on February 3th 2009. During his Ph.D., he spent 9 months in Dijon (France), the Institut Jules Guyot, Université de Bourgogne and at the National School of Biology Applied to Nutrition and Food. He has post-doc experiences in the following institutions: Agricultural Research Council (CRA) of Italy, University of Foggia, Science Institute of Vine and Wine of the Bordeaux University, Free University of Bozen, Edmund Mach Foundation. He is a co-author of 11 book chapters and 101 papers published in peer- reviewed international journals.
