Dr. Gerardo Manuel Alonzo Medina is presently serving as a Research- Professor, Engineering and exact sciences division, Anáhuac Mayab University, Mexico. He completed his MS. from Center for Research and Advanced Studies (CINVESTAV), Mérida, Yucatán, México. He further obtained PhD from Center for Research and Advanced Studies (CINVESTAV) in 2012. His research interest Physical, mechanical, and chemical properties of thin films of metals and semiconductor, Biomedical and photovoltaic applications of thin films, nanostructured materials, and biopolymers.

Dr. A. Djelloul has completed his HDR (Doctor Habilitatus), PhD and Magister in physics from University of Oran (USTO-MB), Algeria. Currently he is working as a Research professor in Research Center in Semiconductors Technology for Energetic (CRTSE), Algiers, Algeria. He has wide experiences in both Research and Academia concerning "Material Characterization, Nanomaterials, Thin Films and Nanotechnology, Solar cells, Silicon, Laser, Deposition Methods (CBD, SILAR, Spray pyrolysis, Vacuum Evaporation,...)". He has published more than 15 articles and presented many papers in reputed national and international conferences (50 conference proceedings). He is a member in many scientific projects, several academic societies and organizations. He is the Principal Guest Editor of several Special Issues in International Journal of Current Materials Science. He is also an Associate Editorial Board Member and Reviewer of many international journals.

S. Ghahari

Dr. Ali Ghahari is a researcher at Purdue University, pursuing a Degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in Transportation Asset Management. He is performing corruption assessment in infrastructure projects and performing asset management studies on infrastructure systems. Ali has more than 30 publications on different aspects of civil engineering. He is currently working as a graduate teaching assistant in the EPICS Program (Engineering Projects in Community Service), guiding undergraduate students to accomplish hands-on projects that help the improvement of communities. He is a member of the ITE Purdue Student Chapter, where he has served as Secretary. He has served as a Senator for Purdue’s Graduate Student Government and has served as President of Purdue’s Civil Engineering Graduate Student Advisory Council. He is a member of Habitat for Humanity and volunteered at the World Bank Group Youth Summit in 2017. His research interests include: Assessing the Relative Performance of Highway Bridge Decks across Multiple States, Estimation of Annual Bridge Repair Expenditures, and Multiple-Time Period Model for Hydrogen Refueling Station Locations Considering Budget Constraints.

R. Rafiee
University of Tehran
Dr. Rafiee has received his PhD in 2010 in Mechanical Engineering from Iran University of Science and Technology with a specialization on Nanocomposites. He has completed his MSc and BSc studies both in the general field of composite materials and structures. He began his industrial experience in different sectors including wind turbines, composite pipes, strategic planning and technology transfer projects since 2000. He joined the University of Tehran in 2011 as Assistant Professor in the Faculty of New Science and Technologies, where he founded the Composites Research Laboratory (COMRESLAB). He has been promoted to the level of Associate Professor in 2015 with unanimous approval of all evaluating committee members.

P.K. Singh

Dr. Prem Kumar Singh working as Assistant Professor at Amity Institute of Information Technology, Amity University-Noida. He has published more than 45 peer reviewed journals and conferences. His research paper complex vague set based concept lattice is considered as one of the frontiers research in this field. Same time he introduced bipolar, three-way and m-polar fuzzy concept lattice first time in the given field. He is well known for complex data analytics, granulation and knowledge processing. He served as editor and reviewer of several journals and conferences.

Harbin Institute of Technology
Dr. Long Wan is currently a professor and doctor supervisor in Harbin Institute of Technology. He has published more than 40 patents and 40 science citation index papers. He has won more than 30 honors including National Special Support Program for High-level Personnel Recruitment and Science & Technology Nova Program. Some academic outcomes have been commercialized, and reported by various mass media, such as China Daily. His current research interests focus on friction stir processing machine and technology, microstructure characterization and the evaluation of joint performance.

Q.-H. Wu
Jimei University
Qi-Hui Wu is a “Min-Jiang Scholar” distinguished professor at Quanzhou Normal University. He obtained PhD degree in 2003 from Darmstadt University of Technology, and then did postdoctorial researches at Georgia Institute of Technology. In 2005, he joined Xiamen University as an Associate Professor, after that he worked at Bonn University as an Alexander von Humboldt (AvH) Fellow in 2007, then moved to La Trobe University in 2008 and City University of Hong Kong in 2011 as a Senior Research Fellow. His research interests include surface engineering, nanomaterials, thin films, and energy storage/conversion materials. He has published over 110 journal articles.

C. Zhang
Wuhan University
Chaolong Zhang received a PhD degree from the Hefei University of Technology in 2018. He is currently a Postdoctoral Researcher at Electrical Engineering and Automation, Wuhan University, China. He is also an Associate Professor at School of Physics and Electronic Engineering, Anqing Normal University, China. His current research interests include fault diagnostics and prognostics of analogue and mixed-signal circuits, and battery capacity prognostic. He has published several articles in well-reputed journals.
